Miss Me jeans was founded in 2001 by Stella Cho, one of the current Miss Me owners, who at the time was running a successful retail stores carrying high-end American and European clothing brands.  The lines in her store included DG. Gianfranco Ferre, Moschino, Costume National, Alberta Feretti, Thoery, Three Dots, which were very popular among the fashionistas at the time.  Without any prior training in fashion design or experience in fashion manufacturing, she set herself the goal of creating her own line.  Always moving forward, the vision she gave to her design team was to create dynamic and exciting designs by infusing LA's flair.

Miss Me jeans has come a long way since the early days.  When Cho launched her first line from a 15 by 15 feet studio.  With the launch of Miss Me jeans in late 2004, Miss Me has become a lifestyle brand.  Instantly, Miss Me jeans followers hailed them as their favorite jeans.  Just around that time People magazine spotted Beyonce wearing a pair of Miss Me jeans at the MTV studio in London.
